6" x 6" nominal. I have them made occassionally. We try to use at least 4
layers of wood for stability. Stay away from plywood. We use veniers. A dozen
at a time to keep the costs sociable.
If you know where there is an 8X10 back at a sociable price I would be
interested.
I ship overseas on occassion.Find the Air Male rate to be about 10% higher
than surface.
