I filed a 6x7 neg carrier out to 6x9 since I had 3 of the former and none
of the latter.  Actually, I used a Dremel tool, which in my opinion has
done more for me than I would have ever imagined when I first purchased
it.  When I was done cutting, I used a polishing bit to take the edge
off and it's smooth enough to drag across a wet paper bag and not tear
it.
