Although I am not familiar with the H. A. Hyatt view camera, I can tell you
that you can get the best replacement bellows from:

Camera Bellows

And as to lens boards; if these wre wood, they are available from any
number of sources, including yours truly:

or if they are metal, it is possible we can supply them as well. We would
need the front standard of the camera to do a really good fit. About $45-50
each, as a wild guess without actually seeing them.
