I disagree.... I would expect the fans to cycle....
Focus: Light and Fan ON
Expose: Light ON; Fan OFF..... Maybe a thermostat used as a warning of
increased temp on long exposures.....
Rest: Fan ON ( Temperature controlled, crudely with a thermostat)
Manual Control of Fan with Thermostat as backup
