Hi Pete

210mm will be slightly telephoto on 4x5.  I think it's a good choice, but a
180 or 150 would be good choices too.   I think the reason Schneiders are so
much more expensive is because of newer apochromatic designs.  I have never
used a Nikkor LF lens, but they have a great reputation for sharpness and
contrast.  I doubt if you'd be unhappy with the Nikkor.   On the other hand,
I have seen a number of 210s listed on eBay lately.
