Ron,
Thank you for the pointer to kinesisgear - am thinking about buying a rig
for the trip next May to the South West.
Frank, would also like to see the Badwater image - read your description on
the rec. list. Congratulations! This suggestion is almost sacrilege,
however you could place the 8x10 on a light box and shoot it with 35mm for
a web presentation. By the time it has been compressed any loss through
use of 35mm repro. will be minimal.
Would be delighted to feature the Badwater shot on the CoCam web site for a
while if you are interested.
Am currently sorting out the kit for the trip and thinking about locations.
At this early planning stage, the route will probably start and finish in
Nevada, taking in Utah, Arizona, and New Mexico. There is a lot to do in a
few weeks - it would be good to take a few months :-)
