[Largeformat] Coverage of Super Angulon 65/8.0

I need some help ... 

1. Does the Schneider-Kreuznach Super Angulon 65 mm (f/8) cover 4x5 inch ?
   If so, does it allow for sufficient movements ?

2. Does the covered area increase when the lens is stopped down ?


As I was told the lens in question covers a circle of 155 mm diameter
at f/16 focussed at infinity. However, at www.graflex.org I found a
list saying that the Super Angulon 65/5.6 (obviously a different lens,
or is it ?) covers 170 mm at f/22.

Any comments appreciated.
