Hello Les,

We have the same lens :-)  Can't help you on the strip down as mine 
is clean and working  - as well as those shutters can work anyway ;-)

The lens is currently sitting on a 5x7 Korona and a very old Ansco 
tripod which is a wonderful device in its own right.

Good luck with finding out how to complete the CLA. Please post your 
experiences on the list when you do finally figure it out.

The studio shutters are a bit of a nightmare - the shutter acts as a 
diaphragm also and the aperture is not particularly round on my lens 
but not so far out that it really matters much.

Using the lens requires a bit of a juggling with aperture and 
defocusilator and refocussing at the taking aperture. Lots of light 
helps here......
