Re: [Largeformat] the best lenses combo for a 6x9 camera ?
I'm not sure if this is a bed camera or monrail. I use a mini-speed
graphic that is also 6x9 and the lenses I would buy in order would be
65mm angulon or super angulon. the SA will cover 4x5 so there's lot of
movement there, the other won't cover as much but is much cheaper.
2. 80mm 2.8 This is the lens that is my normal. It's fast enough to
hand hold
3. either a 127 or a 203 tele optar. the 127 is a little short for head
shots. I don't know the bellows draw on the 8" but I suspect it will
work with your camera.
If this camera was a tripod only camera then I would go with an 80 wide
Field Ektar instead of a planar.
