Don,

I too use multifocal glasses. However the glasses I use for LF work cost 
about $50 and are kept in the backpack next to the 4x viewer. I do appreciate 
the idea of the hood mainly because it could replace the focus cloth. Am I 
the only one who finds the focus cloth a very large pain in the ... wind, not 
to mention the fogging of the glasses on humid days.
