These are the terms and conditions that you accept when registering for the f32 UK Workshop using the booking form at http://www.f32.net/f32WorkShops/wkshop_ukbook.html.

On registration you will receive an EMail message from f32 describing payment methods. Please contact f32 at workshops@f32.net if you require further information.

 

Application Procedures: To register for the workshop, please complete and submit the application form at http://www.f32.net/f32WorkShops/wkshop_ukbook.html. Your registration will be confirmed but you will not be enrolled on the workshop until you have paid in full for the workshop fees. The registration fee includes a non-returnable deposit of £100 ($150). There is a discount of 7.5% on the total fee for registered f32 photographers with a current account. Cheques or wire transfer are preferred - there will be an additional charge of 4% for processing credit cards. If you are not enrolled in a workshop all fees paid will be refunded. There is no deadline for application. However, there are a limited number of places, so to guarantee your place prompt application is advisable. Acceptance: We expect to be oversubscribed and places on the workshop will be allocated based on the information submitted. Attention is given to the information furnished in the Description of experience and interests section of the application. Please give some thought to the information you provide in this section. Upon enrollment in a workshop, you will receive a further information and suggestions for preparing for the workshop. Those applicants who have previously expressed an interest in attending will be given priority, but we cannot guarantee enrollment. Please pay your registration fees promptly. International participants are welcome and there is a good rail and road network linking various international airports to the workshop location.	Payments: Please make all cheque or wire transfer payments in UK Pounds Sterling, and make them payable to f32 Large Format Photography. We do accept credit cards for workshop fee payments using the PayPal service, however have to make an additional charge of 4% for processing credit cards.   Fees: Fees cover the workshop activities only. Meals (unless otherwise indicated), insurance, travel, accommodation and air fares are not included.   Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in all respects in accordance with the laws of England.   Commercial Use of Images: Due to location licencing issues, commercial use of any images taken during the f32 workshop activites is not permitted without prior written permission and/or payment.
Withdrawal, Workshop Cancellation & Refunds: If you need to withdraw from a workshop,you must inform us no later than 30 days prior to the first day of your workshop,and we will refund your fee,less an administration charge of £100 ($150). If you withdraw within the period 30 to 14 days prior to the first day of your workshop, one half of the workshop fee will be retained. No refunds of any kind will be made for withdrawal within 14 days in advance of the first day of the workshop, during the workshop, or for no-shows. If it is necessary for us to cancel a workshop due to circumstances beyond our control, all registered participants will be informed immediately, and you will receive a full refund of all deposits and fees. For this reason we encourage you to purchase refundable airline tickets,and consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.The f32 Workshops will not be held responsible for any loss on airline tickets,or any other losses,related to cancellation.	Accommodation: We have arranged a preferential rate with a hotel opposite the studios. We encourage you to stay in the hotel with the group and to participate in the social activity there during the workshop. Your hotel booking should be carried out directly with the hotel. Waiver of Liability: The f32 Workshops shall have no responsibility or liability for personal injury to any participant or damage to any participantÕs property, or for personal injuries or damage to the property of any other person resulting from the participant's involvement in any workshop. The f32 Workshops shall have no responsibility for the acts, errors or omissions of principles, contractors or agents, or other providers of services to participants during the course of the workshops. The f32 Workshops have the right to cancel any workshop and to alter the time, context, or format of any workshop in the event circumstances so require. In the event a workshop is cancelled, for any reason, the extent of the f32 Workshops' liability is limited to the return of all fees paid to us. The Workshops will not be responsible for reimbursement on air-line tickets due to cancellation of a workshop, or replacement of an instructor. We recommend you purchase refundable tickets and consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. The Workshops reserves the right to substitute instructors if necessary and will attempt to inform all participants by mail or telephone. If a last minute substitution is necessary we will do our best to let you know.
